A Very Caring Staff Our beloved bunny had stopped eating and our regular vet would not be in for several days. She had problems from when she was a year old and I would have to force feed her. Apreciated greatly My family and i lost a pet bunny, which was seen beforehand by a Very knowledgeable Vet here at this clinic. The staff was very concerned and showed care and sympathy after hearing the news. I will continue to take my future pets to this clinic because i know they care for the animals as if they were there own. I read prior reviews and to me they are far off the truth. if you want to go somewhere that you can trust your pet in good hands i strongly recommend this clinic.

great empathy and compassion Dr. Douglas Chang is very skilled in the bond between pets and their owners. He is very empathetic and makes people really trust that he will do what is right for their pet. This trust factor is super important for a pet owner or caretaker.

No! Dr. Douglas Chang is abrupt and brusque. When our 2 yr old Dachshund developed a disc problem in his neck, Chang recommended euthanizing the dog. We consulted another DVM and within 2 wks, with the help of prescriptive medications, our dog was all better. Chang seems to care more about his fees than anything else. Hugely disappointing experience.

Throw your $$ away HERE!!! Aloha Animal Hospital is a HUGE PRICE GOUGE. These guys charge up the wazoo. Cmon! $85 office visit!!! When I got the "Estimate" as she handed it to me, the gal said...."Yeah we are really expensive here..." Here's some advice. Keep your hard earned $$ and go somewhere that is affordable. If you a Kahala gazillionare then throw your money away at Aloha Animal Hospital. They'll love to take all your $$$. Buyer Beware

A great place for Fido Aloha Animal Hospital is conveniently located though parking can sometimes be a problem. They share parking with Supercuts and a UPS store so you can imagine how far those 10-12 stalls go. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The doctors are knowledgeable and have a good bedside mannor. Judging from the pictures taped to the walls, they have a large devoted following. They also offer overnight housing for your pet and is good place to take pets on New Year's Eve if they don't do well with fire... read more
