I found Aloha based on a Google search. We called them based on their reviews and they definately delivered great service! Our AC unit was not working properly and Ken came out and inspected it within 24 hours of our call. He gave us multiple options and explained pros and cons of each option. We never felt pressured into the more expensive options and I really felt like he explained in depth all of our choices. We ended up going with a new unit.
