Aloha pontoons are great until you need replacement parts. I have called the company directly multiple times throughout the year attempting to purchase items as easy as fasteners, logos and stickers for our pontoon. The customer service is a joke. Your either going to talk to cousin Eddie who has no clue to direct you to the correct person or a lady who won’t get anything done regardless of the simplicity of the request.
