The room had a musty smell - windows cannot open for some reason which makes no sense - related to the "local climate". While all other hotels I stayed at in the same area have no problem allowing guests to open the windows. BTW, the windows are really dirty. The hotel is located close to the rail track, so if you have any expectations to sleep outside the hours when the commuter train does not run (seems to be 10pm-5am), you need to be very insensitive to noise. This is not a hotel for people who actually want to sleep in their rooms. The lounge blasts bass and karaoke music that reverberates through several floors until midnight (literally 12am), even on week nights. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked how much longer the music would go. If you're looking for a hotel lounge to drink at, maybe this is the place, but if you feel that if you pay good money for a room then you should be able to sleep quietly in it, avoid at all costs.

Very good experience staying here. Great facilities, friendly staff, and a very clean room at such a good price! It’s also a pet-friendly hotel. What else can I say? Absolutely 10 out of 10!
