Was not notified upon check-in that alarm testing would be taking place at 9am the next morning. Woke up to fire alarms, phone line was down, unable to reach the front desk by cell phone. The front desk agent this morning was very dismissive and just said she didn’t know about the testing because she just came back from vacation.
The building and location were fine, but there was sub-par service for the price - I was on a 13 night stay, and asked them three days in a row to change my sheets. It never happened on my entire stay. - There is an advertised laundry room on site, but this is not true. They only had dry cleaning for out-of-house service. - The coffee ran out one day. - The coffee creamer ran out another day.
