For starters.. I've never stayed in a hotel room that had the coffee bar and refrigerator stationed in the bathroom 🤢...the bed was absolutely horrible, woke up with back pain from hell itself. Pillows were too soft , no firmness whatsoever...remote to the tv was a joke. Service staff was friendly. Plus side to the whole stay was the sound proof room. Very quiet. A great location for restaurants and shopping malls .
Comfortable beds and pillows
Atrocious horrible. Erin the assistant manager should be immediately fired she’s condescending, arrogant and will scam you for an extra dollar. They don’t care if you stay with them. They sold us an hr of conference room which wasn’t used all day. Stayed at aloft and two other states with no issues. They nickel and dimed us by using a stopwatch. Ruined my event because I was 30 min late to set up. Staff Is also rude. I waited over 15 minutes for one guy to service a client when I was done and he tried to charge for that time... read more
