We love staying at aloft hotels....everyone is always so nice..rooms are always very clean.The Bentonville/Rogers location was top notch!
The hotel rooms are not comfortable in general. 24 hour noise near highway - not that clean , a bit run down room , lobby small , small bathroom . Didn’t find the little extras that usually go with lifetime titanium elite status. Overall not a pleasant or comfortable experience and will look elsewhere on next visit
The staff was incredibly nice. The room was incredibly economic with space with every spot utilized with built-ins and such. They took animals and were very well priced. It look
