I stayed at Aloft for 2 nights after being delayed at LAX and wanted to try a different Marriott. The shuttle was fast and got me to and from the hotel without any issues. The check-in was ok, but the wait was fairly long, with only one person on the desk at check-in time. The location is good, with lots of food options within walking distance and a Ralphs right across the road. The foyer area is comfy and turns into a bar in the evenings. I stayed at this hotel last week and it was so incredibly loud. People were fighting all night in the hallway, the. In the room next door, the. Throwing up in the hallway. Service did nothing and didn’t respond for a couple of hours, still never did anything. I did not get points for my stay and upon check out, Natalie had offered 20,000 points for the inconvenience of 3 sleepless nights, but didn’t seem to care, she then never added the points.
