Wow really surprised at the quality of this aloft. First room smelled of mildew, second not much better. I booked a king room got two double beds, was charged twice for a prepaid room front desk guy really couldn't care. If I could give zero stars I would.
Coming from the Bay Area I didn't really know where to stay, but I am happy we chose this place. From the second we walked in, the lobby was so nice and customer service even better. Angela was amazing and helpful! I had a great experience at this hotel. There is a pool table, bar and pool, great ameneties. Clean and spacious rooms!!! Highly recommend!!
I’ve stayed at ALOFT several times as it’s walking distance to my office. It’s been a generally okay experience, but during the most recent time my shower backed up and my phone was not working. Maintenance finally resolved the shower issue after two visits, but despite reporting that the phone was not working 3 times, it was still not fixed by the time I left. Other minor irritations have left me not wanting to return, so I will find another hotel.
You’ll be stuck forever waiting for the airport shuttle pick up. Firstly, you need to request shuttle for airport pickup. Good luck with that the front desk would NEVER answer the phone to begin with. The front desk staff is incredibly inefficient/ incompetent. I would give negative rating if possible. Rooms are pretty basic for ALoft. Please stay away from this property if you don’t need a headache.
