Don’t stay here. Horrible greedy customer service. Stay next door at Fairfield if you have to do Marriott.
Your front desk person at 12 am Friday is the most unempathetic I have ever met. I work for the airlines and the website did not book me. And now I’m stranded she is saying rooms are sold out! She leaves me on hold long to look for a cancellation then returns clueless! How do you have someone like her answering phones. I have never been treated by a Marriott franchise this way ever!
Shuttle service from LAX with Jose was great he was so helpful with our bags and was kind!
This is a cozy, well-kept hotel that offers a comfortable stay. The lobby is tidy and easy to navigate, and the pool area is a nice place to unwind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and extremely helpful. The location is very convenient, with a Walgreens just a block away and plenty of food options nearby, including a great burger place, Starbucks, and Chipotle.
Yeah no. I think I rather sleep on the sidewalk than ever stay here again. My fiancé booked this hotel by accident (based on what he THOUGHT I said said) and it was a horrid experience. This is literary the same experience as staying at a motel 6. I’m not sure if because we are titanium members we are used to a different experience, but the lady who checked us in was extremely lackadaisical, we ask for an upgrade that we always ask for due to our status and she immediately said no without even trying or checking.
