This is really about service in late October 2025. They screwed up registration. Our room was also given to another couple who had the same keys and walk right into the room! Luckily I was dressed and not doing anything… I had to go back down to Front desk to get new keys because now I was locked out. Later I was called to return to the desk to give my Debit card AGAIN for incidentals. This happened all in our 1st hour of our stay! I felt like an employee instead of a guest. There was no vending. The wife and I traveled from Ohio to see The Phatom of the Opera and could not have been more pleased with our visit and stay. Unfortunately with the frigid weather temperatures we were not able to explore downtown Detroit. The hotel was beautiful and the room had a very elegant look to it. We also enjoyed two meals at Presley’s located inside the hotel. The only minor complaint would be the shower hot water could be a tad bit hotter, otherwise no complaints! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. You can’t beat the location for sporting events or concerts. Beautifully decorated rooms and the building itself is stunning inside.
