So, this is the most honest review that you'll ever read. Hear me out. The good: This hotel has 2 things going for it...location and the wxyz lounge which is on the top floor and has a rooftop lounge too. Live music on the weekends and a pool and foozeball table are nice. The bad: It needs help with cleanliness. When we arrived, we were tired. We got to our room, unloaded our luggage and discovered the shower floor had alot of hair in the bottom of it and there was soap on top of the drain like it wasnt cleaned. There was al... read more
Staff was always super helpful and nice. Shalim was GREAT! Pool is nice, 7th floor bar is nice with planned events throughout the week. Look forward to staying again :).
Me and my girlfriend took a weekend vacation here. It was great. The rooms were spacious. The upstairs lounge on the rooftop was amazing. Also, the pool area was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and anytime I come to Chattanooga. I will make sure I stay here. Also, the front desk receptionist Vee Was amazing 10 out of 10 experience and stay be aware that the parking is in a shopping mall parking lot that is my only complaint.
