Meh. Not new. Strong smells of deodorizer. Lots of chips and dings on walls, furniture and hallways. The gotcha is the 30$ to self park in an un-gated lot for two nights. Maybe I should have been aware of that. Feels like a money grab as there is literally nothing but parking lots in this out of the way location. I have stayed at other properties in this area and not had to pay for parking. I have stayed at other Alofts in Austin and not had to pay for parking.
