We just moved into Residence GTC and it’s been a wonderful experience so far! The building and its amenities are great, the residents are very friendly, and Jeremy Bowen from DMG has been so kind and helpful to us as we get situated!
We’ve had a really good experience living at The Residences at The Glen (previously Aloft). Whenever I have any issues, I go and speak to Alvin, the property manager, because he has always taken good care of us. Alvin, Jeremy, and the rest of the staff are always quick to respond and have been very helpful whenever we’ve had any issues or concerns. I had a great walkthrough of the property with Alvin Alvarez. He was super helpful and attentive, making sure all my questions were handled with care. The 2-bedroom unit felt very open and clean, and I loved the social room and gym setup. Plus, being right next to The Glen is such a convenient perk! I ultimately chose a different location, but I’d still recommend this complex to anyone looking for a professional management team and a beautiful home.
This is a wonderful place to reside in. The condos are very clean and great working order. Alvin is a wonderful property manager who follows-up on all our requests!
Run don't walk to check out this LOVELY development!! It's beautiful and well maintained but what makes this place extra special are Jeremy Bowen and Alvin Alvarez in the leasing office!! I’ve only lived here a few weeks, but they've already gone above and beyond for me again and again! When I had a furniture delivery debacle, they handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism and ultimately rescued the entire situation for me—without me even asking.
