The Glen is a gem of a residence. Property management has been very helpful during a move into another building with flexible facilitation and efficient coordination. Big thanks to Alvin and Jeremy -- they are huge assets to the team - responsive and considerate… just what you want in a living community!
Good help
The property is quiet, clean, and well managed. Jeremy Bowen made the application process smooth and straightforward, and he has been a pleasure to work with throughout. Alvin has also been incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the move-in experience even better. The apartment was spotless upon move-in and features updated appliances and modern amenities.
I just moved here from out of state. Location is fabulous, apartments spacious and clean, and the property mgmt team are amazing (Jeremy and Alvin). Highly recommend!
Have lived here for almost 2 months, and thoroughly enjoying it so far. Alvin and Jeremy are AMAZING, and manage the place very well - very communicative and helpful. I will admit it can get very loud at night when facing the street whether it's people walking by, and/or cars squealing tires, but overall really enjoying the apartment and all the shops/restaurants downstairs!
