Great service & food. Too noisy! If the bar were placed some place else it might be better.
I was staying in Elgin overnight for a work trip (30 minutes away) and when I travel for work I like to try places that are exclusive to the area that I am in. I was told by a friend in the area that if I wanted a Filet this was the place to get one. And was he right! One of the best I've ever had! The Gorgonzola cream sauce set the meal off! Service was great too! Most definitely will eat here again anytime in the Columbia area!
My wife and I have dined here several times over the past few years and can't recommend it enough. Invariably excellent service and delicious entrees.
I'm a serious foodie and this is truly one of my favorite restaurants.
The food was awesome everything was homemade. We only had a 1 to 2 minute wait to be seated on a Saturday night. Staff was friendly, our waiter Toddre was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Would recommend for a intimate outing .Will be coming back..........
Not impressed. Extremely displeased with the service and how the manager treated us. Wouldn't have waited if I knew we numerous parties were seated before us who were able to make a reservation due to their "VIP seating program" and we were told over the phone it was a first come first serve. It wasn't the wait that bothered me it was the fact that they refused to tell us about the "VIP seating program". So we watched numerous parties walk in and eat before us. My daughter and I drove about 35 minutes out of our way to have dinner here on May 6, 2017. The service was impeccable. Josh, our server was funny and attentive. I had seafood risotto and my daughter opted for the shrimp gratinata. Neither one disappointed. This place is s hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and find it.
