There is totally all new staff now. Doctor is extremely arrogant and very rude.
It is rare that I leave a negative review however there are many problems with this office. Recently the entire staff was replaced which to me signals problems with the MD as opposed to the nurse g staff. As an RN myself I was extremely upset st my last visit when Dr. Aloneid came in and stated why are you here, I replied for a refill and when I told him the medication he stated I was not on that medication. He began reading someone else’s mess to me before I asked who’s record are you in?
He was very easy to talk to. He never made the appointments feel rushed, especially the initial consultation appointment. He made sure he had all of my information to take the best course of action.
Caring and competent professional. Dr Alobeid exhibits genuine compassion and interest in your well being. His diligence is complimented by a capable staff. He motivated me to lose weight which resulted in lower blood pressure and glucose level. He impressed me as capable of addressing an issue involving a cyst (should the need arise) which most physicians would be inclined to make a referral.
Dr was courtious. He is new to my husband and myself. I like that he tries to work on finding the root to your problems and not keep you in his office for just 5 minutes. Then move on to the next patient. I hate when doctors don't take the time to listen to you. We will see how it goes since I am a new patient.
It is virtually impossible to get staff to answer the phone, and then when prompted to leave a voicemail it says the mailbox is full. I've been awaiting test results for a couple of weeks now and still nothing.
The office is always clean. The staff are amazing and . And ive never had a long wait for appointment times.
