Much like the previous review, brought my daughter here. Appointment before ours went an hour over. Receptionist was a temp and super unprofessional. She interrupted the doctor several times to make them aware they were late and kept being told 5 more minutes. We left and never looked back.
Took my child there a couple times. 2nd visit I sat in reception for an hour before rescheduling because the psychiatrist went to lunch and then never came back to work that day. 2nd visit our appt was an hour longer because she couldn't sign her own prescription and had to call her husband who is also a psychiatrist to sign her name for her. She may be a good doctor but I wouldn’t know because after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting PAST my appointment time I finally left. This should be considered unacceptable. Just because she is the doctor and I am the patient doesn’t mean my time isn’t as valuable as hers. I wouldn’t dare show up to an appointment over an hour late! I bet if I did I’d be turned away too! Unbelievable!
