Slumlords. Theres 4 + companies with different names all ran from the same office. 9 years I was a tenant. There was a water leak, then a sewage pipe was found to be leaking raw sewage under the house. Company left us in there without offering safe housing. Infestations of flies and biting bugs coming up through the hole in the floor they left open.
