We have lived here 2 years. We were told after hesitating to resign after year 1 that there were tons of changes to better our experience. We have battled maintenance since day ONE. We didnt have a stove for almost a week when they delivered it to the wrong address. We have foundation issues and after 6 months, they came and laid new flooring because there was water damage and the floors were buckling. NO WORD OF FOUNDATION CORRECTIONS AS OF YET EITHER. 9 years of tenancy and all because they refused to fix major issues. Illegally terminated my lease, sabotaged and forced us out by removing toilet and floor. Illegal entry and lockout. Whos their lawyer? They are clueless to tenant law. Retaliated because I called code compliance. They dont care about their tenants.
They are slumlords they do not fix anything there customer service is super s***** and they send unexperienced workers to do jobs which they are super s***** as well they do not conduct good business like they say do as well just go look at all the horrible reviews on yelp they dont stand on business at all will give u the run arounds as well I dont recommend this company to anyone not even the devil himself

Are you looking for a professional company that will guide you through their process, and communicate efficiently? If yes, steer clear of Alna! What a nightmare, this company has been anything but helpful. We viewed a home they had listed, the lady who was helping us view it was all over the place. The first day we were supposed to look at the home she had to reschedule to take her child to the ER, which is understandable. The next day we agreed to meet at 7:30 PM, we arrived at the house five minutes early, no one was there... read more
