Have always had the best experience since switching over to this location. Marie in the front desk has always been very helpful and such a great person to encounter. Stephanie is one of my favorite nurses. She is super sweet and has always been very great with my kids. Highly recommend her as your nurse. The doctor/nurse practitioner at this location have been amazing also. They actually listen to you when you have concerns and they try to find ways to give you answers. Couldn’t ask for a better location and a better staff.

I called ahead to confirm they accepted my UnitedHealthCare insurance, they said yes. But then they scheduled me with a provider in their office who doesn’t take it. Uhm, WHAT? No one bothered to mention that, and I ended up with a $400 bill for my child’s simple 2-year checkup. The staff clearly lacks communication and attention to detail, they even misspelled my son’s name. The waiting room is cramped, uncomfortable, and has nothing for kids to do. At first I liked this doctor's office but I can't stand being canceled with my children all had an appointment. I don't have a babysitter and it's so messed up to be told off by a receptionist. After they're the ones that confirm the appointment and I get left hanging. Now I have no excuse for the school and no medical help. Ridiculous. Also you're there waiting for crazy hours to be seen.
