I hate having to reach out across social media, but you leave me no choice as you are not responding to requesta by myself AND the insurance company. I love Dr. Kendra, however, the office management and referral department is about to make me lose my mind. I don’t recommend taking ur kids here they called cps on me just because my son had a little bruise on his face!!! He’s just started walk & is curious of course he’s gonna have accidents here & there it happens !!! Never again with these people! So horrible different drs seeing him every time he went do better !!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡
Been taking my daughter there since she was 4 days old, we have always felt welcome at their facility. We’re certainly, our daughter is receiving the best care possible with Almouie on Rodd Field Rd. PS Dr. Alvarez is the best!
The wait time to go to a room has been 40+mins every visit. We love our doctor but the wait time has been insane especially when you have multiple children.
Loved how they were all so patient with my autistic niece
