We’ve had a very frustrating experience with this office and, unfortunately, we’ve reached the point where we’re switching providers. First, the time commitment for a visit is unreasonable. You can expect to be there for around two hours total—about an hour just waiting, followed by another long stretch before seeing the doctor and completing checkout. They no longer seem to answer the phone, return calls, or do what they say they will, like send in the prescription to the pharmacy. Very frustrating.
