Absolutely a waste of time literally.. appointment was at 9:45am we didn’t get seen til 11:15am.. the “doctor “ spent 5 mins with us and left .. no one seems to know much here and if questioned about what’s taking so long it’s always the same answer “ there’s others before you “…
Every time we come we wait at least an hour, most times more than an hour and a half past appointment time to get back to a room. If I wasn’t here temporarily I would have never went back.
I hate having to reach out across social media, but you leave me no choice as you are not responding to requesta by myself AND the insurance company. I love Dr. Kendra, however, the office management and referral department is about to make me lose my mind. Somehow, they can get the referral information sent to our insurance company correctly for 1 child who is 10yrs OLDER but completely and totally drop the ball for the other child to see the SAME provider.
