If I could leave a 0 I would. Doctors are nice but the receptionist are rude. It was 30 minutes until my son’s appointment and I am driving there stuck in traffic. I get a call from the front staff and she states that she was verifying his insurance and his PCP was not with them and I would have to call to have it switched over or I would be charged for the visit. Where should i start? We Miss Dr Murray! Their computer system is horrible sent my son vaccines records twice, our last pediatrician did it as well, however it still not in their system, i called to ask for a wellness certificate for my son, said it will be ready, i showed up and the front desk know nothing about it... Our new Pediatrician (i guess !since we never really chose or were introduce as is) Dr Chan, very knowledgeable, however unfriendly as can be....too bad for someone suppose to have chosen to work with kids... ... read more
