Michelle is extremely difficult to work with from a professional standpoint. It is disappointing these business practices exist.
Michelle is amazing. She was available at all times to answer questions and responded fast. She went out of her way to help us to make sure we didn’t have to travel for the closing, making it more convenient for us. We almost couldn’t close on that day and she got on the phone, advocated for us and made it happen. She is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend her.
