I like the name of the company "Almost Home". That's because when you put in an offer for a house thats well above asking price with this "company", you are "almost home". We were "almost home" and told by Michelle, we had the top offer for the house (30k above asking). After being told that our offer was top of the trash heap, we were asked to "tighten up our offer" (whatever that means, aka, "add more money"). We stood firm and they didnt accept our offer.
