This business has a lot of lawn tractors and parts for a lot of makes and models of tractors. That's the good point. However the new owner/ managment has got the worst costumer courtesy and people skills I have ever seen I have worked with the public nearly 35 years as a salesman and I can say my worst costumer wasn't as nasty and rood as this guy. Helpful, friendly staff. Found the part I needed and at a great price.
Made the drive today looking for some Grasshopper parts. The staff was very polite and helpful. They directed me to all the possible matches for my mower. Unfortunately the units they had were somewhat picked over and I was not able to find any matches for what I needed. The guy working in the yard offered some history on how they rotate stock and gave some great insights on best time to come back for a better selection.
