Horrible experience! We drove all the way from Grand Forks to get my son’s ears pierced. I brought his original birth certificate as they requested, then waited in line 45 minutes only to be turned away!😡Piercing Pagoda is half the price and very friendly/professional. They pierced his ears no problem!

The hey told us one thing and you get there and it’s totally different. Don’t like being mislead.
The service is pleasant but the result was terrible. I had a septum pierced and the girl who applied it left the piercing totally crooked. When I looked in the mirror and started asking her why I was crooked, she told me that the piercing would be straight when it healed but that makes no sense at all. I hoped to heal and everything remained the same, tried to redeem my money back but they didn't give it back to me.

RecommendedI got pierced by one of the piercers today and hadn't realized, until checking myself out at home, that my piercings are not aligned with eachother. One labret was pierced higher up than the other one, and it's really upsetting to look at. Other than that, the piercer was very nice and encouraging and steady :)
