I called the store last night to find out what it takes to get my daughter's ears pierced on her golden birthday (today). I was told to come when it opened at 10 as they don't take appointments. We arrived early and turns out they don't open until 11. misunderstanding... that's fine... so we waited. 11:00 came and so I opened the door and got a "what are you doing look" with no "hello"... nothing. Recommendedvery nice staff and they walk you through whatever it is your getting and wait for you to be ready and comfortable. plus give you everything you need to take care of your piercing while it's healing!!!! Absolutely amazing place and I will definitely be going back if I decide to get anything else done!!!!
stood in line for 2 hours and the lady said I could wait another hour with no guarantee of getting my piercing. I don't understand why you'd advertise walk in piercings but then can't hold up to it. what a waste of time.

Had a person who was piercing for 4 months change out my ring. Within 2 hours the ring had fallen out and I couldn’t find it. I called several times to see what could be done, and they would not pick up. I had to drive back over to the mall only to be told that why would not do anything about it because I had left the store. The newbie piercer also spread false information.

No professionalism, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP. I was in tonight to get my daughter 2 new pricings for her birthday. The clerk running the front was short an to busy for most things. my husband wanted to looks at jewelry for his lip piercing but she was to busy with only worrying about getting new pricings scheduled.
