girls in there are never friendly and not very helpful either. everytime i went in they were rude and i felt rushed.

RecommendedI’ve had my nose and belly button done and they turned out great didn’t have any issues with aftercare!!! Just got my 3rd and 4th lobe/cartilage piercings and industrial piercing today (7/27/2020) and they turned out wonderful I couldn’t ask for anything better :) will never go anywhere else for piercings!!! Workers are always happy and giggly and are soooo supportive!!! Love the energy of the place!!!

I went to buy a new nose ring for a friend, so I asked one of the workers for their smallest gauge hoop ring. After assistance from a worker, I walked out of the store and compared the ring (while still in the bag) to the thickness of the one I had in. Defective piece of metal was put into my ear. Due to the ridged metal my ear has become infected. This happened yesterday. Wouldn’t even comp the defective piece. Actually claimed it was my doing.
