I feel it is essential to share my negative experience to caution others. The living conditions were subpar, with dirty hallways that were rarely cleaned. The intercom system at the front door was never functional, making it impossible to grant access to visitors. Moreover, the presence of enormous cockroaches in the hallways, occasionally dead, was a recurring issue. The staff showed a disturbing lack of regard for tenant welfare. This team was amazing! For the year that I lived at one of their properties on Madison Ave, issues were always promptly addressed, and very easy to use online portal for payments and requests. Kelly and Brendan, thank you so much for all of your hard work and wonderful customer service! I only wish they could manage the house we purchased. I highly recommend any of their properties.
My experience with alimco was horrible. An self eviction locks changed, police report,, and an faulty third party rental app the held my money. Never had to take an landlord to small claim court. So be aware of the rose and rose building that Kelli is a work of art and she will get what is due to her. .
I have been living in their apartment complex for over a year now. I really enjoy my apartment and I have my own parking assignment. When you visit the leasing office and or call in, they are so pleasant to deal with. They are very helpful and the apartment complex is very clean. I will be renewing my lease again.
Office staff is incredibly. I worked directly with Maureen and she was very polite and knowledgeable.
