We used this cleaner for the last 3 years. It started out great. For the last 6 months we have run into issues with thoroughness. The last three months some of our cleanings were incomplete. Couches and floor in front of couch clearly not vacuumed as well as floors that did not appear vacuumed or mopped. Then we started with half the house not being vacuumed, bathroom sink with toothpaste still in it, cat fur still in corners. Deep clean was thorough and no issues. fridge is spotless. Light clutter was organized. Don't hesitate and book now, excellent job and will be using regular cleaning services going forward.
