Alma is shady and greedy. Gives you a quote then changes the price higher. Very sneaky. After she does your hair she will find a reason to increase the price. I showed her a picture and it came out nothing like it. She doesn't know nothing other than dying 1 color or streaks. She will say she does know and then does it her way.
