What a great experience! Requested information on the car, within an hour I knew everything I needed to know and then some! Made an appointment to test drive - everything fell into place.. offer, financing, options. No hard sell. The sales team was incredibly professional and efficient. I love my new car especially because I got the colors I wanted … thanks to Car Gurus the search was easy.. and connecting Volvo Cars of Exeter very simple.
Quick and Easy process, didn’t try to sell me unwanted warranties. Once my mind was made up to purchase the vehicle, purchasing process took a little over an hour. Very happy with my purchase!

1000% don’t recommend. This review is for my experience with the sales representative Evans, whom I dealt with regarding a used BMW X5M. As someone experienced in automotive transactions, I find the few instances of lack of professionalism encountered here unacceptable AFTER I notified I will not be moving forward with this deal.
