I have lived here for about 5-6 years. The ONLY reason I have stayed is because the rent is cheap. Well... was cheap. We just recently a notice that our rent will increase $180 a month. It's weird because there are always empty apartments. You would think they would want to KEEP good tenants! It is not worth it to stay here for that price. The manager runs this place like a half way house. She also has a shopping cart on her patio, which looks ghetto.
