Amazing experience. Usually I try to keep track of movements to find out different techniques, but first time with Alma I lost all of my attention to her flow. She has a unique approach relaxing your body and mind, which I have never experienced before. It is not only about relaxing. Due to BJJ, time to time I had a lot of soreness and she accommodate it perfectly. It is uncomfortable (of course), but still enjoyable and feels great afterwards. Definitely worth trying. Had a great experience with the services I received. Alma’s techniques with her hands are phenomenal and assisted me with achieving the cure I was looking for. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
Alma is amazing. I’ve tried many places in West LA and I’ve never had someone work on me that is so intuitive about how to dissolve knots, stress and tension in the body. She’s a delight to spend time with, always a plus, but she’s also simpler wonderful at her work. I had months of high intensity stress stored in my neck and back recently, and within 2 sessions it was gone. And of course I still book her to keep it that way! Truly a miracle, let me tell you. I highly recommend booking her!
