I had multiple issues trying to get a set of speakers, no fault of Alma. I know that I had to be annoying with my inquiries, but they never acted like it. At the end of it all, there was a problem with the finish that I ordered, and they let me change finishes and shipped it out same day. I cannot begin to tell you how incredible Alma is. I did not order anything incredibly high end, but they treated me no differently. Thank you so much!
Fabio was wonderful to work with, and went out of his way with Fedex to recover a missing speaker. Easy, seamless transaction, with prompt email responses. Will definitely do business with again!
My visit to Alma Music & Audio was wonderful. Knowledgeable staff who were not pushy. I was provided system demonstrations after being asked about my system goals. A wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the near future.
