It has been over 60 days and my items have not been delivered. The receptionist is very rude. Also I ask to speak to a manager and no one will call me back. It's like I'm being ghosted. I expected better for all I have paid.

My move from a high-rise apartment to a townhouse involved tight elevators and narrow hallways. The movers navigated both without a single bump to the walls or my furniture. They wrapped my dining chairs and secured my glass coffee table to prevent anything from shifting. By the time I arrived, everything was in the right room, and I didn't need to rearrange a thing.

I have no idea how this company can have such a good review unless reviews are not real or unless my case and some others I have read are the exception. They picked up my stuff on July 13, 2025, and everytime I called them to get an estimate on delivery date, ********, very rudely, responded that AS PER THE CONTRACT, they have 30 business days, and that was due on August 22, 2025. The move was from a top-floor apartment with no elevator, and I had a bunch of oversized items, including a treadmill and a massive L-shaped couch. I genuinely thought it would take all day, but the movers planned, measured everything, and worked like they had done it a hundred times. I didn't hear a single bang on the walls, and somehow, they didn't even scuff the stairwell.

We recently helped my sister relocate to a new city and had to pack her belongings into a moving pod for transport. There was limited space, and the furniture needed to be stacked smartly. The crew managed to fit everything in while making sure nothing would shift during the drive. I honestly didn't think it would all fit, but they proved me wrong.
