I contacted **** for a moving quote from NC to ******** for a 10x10 storage shed and they quoted me $2298.02 that would be broke down into 3 payments (deposit of $643.44, pick up payment of $827.29, and a final payment at drop off of $827.29). I agreed and paid the deposit, and they picked up the property on September 29th (when said it was going to be the 27th or 28th) I had to contact them because we had zero communication about the delay from the company. When we moved my daughter into her first apartment, the movers were fantastic. They carried her couch and mattress up three flights without complaint. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT HIRE ALMA MOVING under any circumstances. We worked with **** recently to move our belongings 3 hours to our new apartment, and the movers said it would arrive within 5-7 business days. The contract they gave us cost over $1000 more than what we had been led to believe it would be, and it gave **** 30 business days to deliver our things. It has been over 2 months, 50 business days, and we still haven't gotten our belongings and have no idea where they are. For all we know, **** has stolen ... read more

It has now been over 45 business days, and her belongings have not even left the original location.
