Terrible experience-- Hidden fees, terrible communication, breach of contract.- I got my items picked up August 22nd with a contract starting they would be deliver in a month.... I have still not received my items with no word from ****. Terrible experience dishonest sales tactics, hidden fees, and fake-looking reviews I strongly advise anyone considering this moving company to look elsewhere. Our experience was full of lies, hidden fees, and unprofessional behavior from start to finish.1. Dishonest sales tactics.The original salesman lied about how much space we were getting just to make us go over on moving day. I had a short move just a few blocks away, but still had large furniture to deal with. (*******) and the team handled it quickly, and everything was set up in my new place by noon. There were a few fragile pieces from my home office, including monitors, a whiteboard, and a delicate printer, which I was concerned about. The movers packed everything tightly and asked me how I preferred it handled, which I appreciated. The delivery was on time, and nothing arrived damaged. For a long-distance move, it all felt surprisingly personal and well thought out. They were fantastic from start to finish..

It has been over 60 days and my items have not been delivered. The receptionist is very rude. Also I ask to speak to a manager and no one will call me back. It's like I'm being ghosted. I expected better for all I have paid. I relocated from a townhouse into a larger place two cities over, and I had a few big items I was worried about: a treadmill, a sectional, and a heavy wardrobe. The team moved quickly but carefully, and nothing got damaged in the process. They even checked in before placing anything down. I felt like they were really looking out for my stuff the whole way.
