They loaded the equipment onto the truck using a ramp without straining the treadmill. James made sure to arrange the equipment in the basement of the new home in the proper locations.
I could not have asked for a better moving experience. The crew showed up on time, packed everything efficiently and carefully, and put everything where we wanted it, even if we changed our mind! They also reassembled everything. I couldn't believe the value when I got the bill. I would 1000% recommend Alma Moving Inc.
They gave us the most competitive quotation and on moving day, the guys arrived 15 minutes early and made sure that all the hallways and door jams were covered. Took their time to shrink wrap and blanket-wrap furniture, and they even managed to remove a large wardrobe from our small apartment without requiring us to disassemble it. Without a doubt, I'd use them once more.
Moving my office across town took a lot of work, but the team did it expertly. They disassembled my desk and meticulously arranged the parts in the truck. My printer was packed in a box with layers of foam sheets, and my file cabinets were locked to prevent anything from falling out. They also unloaded quickly, ensuring every item was placed in the appropriate area.
Each framed artwork was carefully blanket-wrapped before being loaded into the truck. They handled it with the utmost care.
Very professional and efficient. They took the stress out of moving day entirely!
