I recently had Tim from Alma Carpentry and Construction replace my old timber deck with composite decking, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The timbers underneath had completely rotted because the previous builder hadn’t left enough ventilation between the subfloor and the deck. Our renovation experience was 5 stars!! Tim is honest, very knowledgeable and hands on... and he employs honest tradespeople who turn up on time!. I had a large renovation, bathroom, new doors, walls moved and new walls built, kitchen etc etc. Tim provided comprehensive quotes so I didn't have any surprises. This is my fourth renovation and by far the easiest... and quickest! I wholeheartedly recommend Tim Ray and Alma construction for anybody looking for an honest, reliable and transparent builder.
