Our renovation experience was 5 stars!! Tim is honest, very knowledgeable and hands on... and he employs honest tradespeople who turn up on time!. I had a large renovation, bathroom, new doors, walls moved and new walls built, kitchen etc etc. Tim provided comprehensive quotes so I didn't have any surprises. This is my fourth renovation and by far the easiest... and quickest! I wholeheartedly recommend Tim Ray and Alma construction for anybody looking for an honest, reliable and transparent builder.

Tim was amazing. He very clearly explained the budget from the get go, giving me the chance to make decisions on various elements based on how they were influencing the budget. Tim adapted my ideas and made suggestions that helped it come to life exactly as I wanted it but with a more practicable approach eg amount of space needed between the fridge and the counter.
