I was scammed by this business. I was told I would only be charged $35. The therapist refused to take my EAP code so that she could get paid. "ALMA" charged my card $198. No one is being helpful to me and I don't appreciate being scammed. My bank nor insurance company is being helpful and they are really getting away with $198. I didn't even talk to that woman for 20 minutes. The call was pointless and she wasn't even the right therapist I needed! Her description is listed incorrectly online and they need to fix it!
