Clean and cheap with Caltrain noise and angry landlord – Overall, Alma Apts. is clean and fairly new, a convenient location, cheaply priced. The apartments are right across from the Caltrain so you will hear train noises throughout the day and night...if you are a light sleeper this is not recommended. One thing to watch out for: the landlord here is not understanding and gets fairly angry. She will raise your rent.
