Sales person could not answer any questions without going to ask someone else. After about 2 hours, and a lot of waiting, she ran credit check. I finally got to see my choice. It had tar on the passenger side and a flat tire on the driver side. She promised a new tire. About an hour later, was told they did not have a tire. It being well after 5, the tire store was closed. If I could give negative stars, I would. The salesman was rude and that should have been a sign, but the finance guy stepped in and took over. I know better, but I signed without verifying the amounts. I only checked the Vin number, make and model. Here we are (2 days later) realizing that we were way overcharged from the originally quoted price. DO NOT STOP HERE! Buy a car from anyone else. They will try to trick you.
This dealership will say anything and flat out lie just to make extra money off customers. I was tricked into purchasing the additional protection packages on my new vehicle because I relied on information given to me by not one but two separate finance managers at this dealership. Even when I questioned the information they gave, they reassured me that the information was accurate. Per our email yesterday, when you have different opinions of what occurred, you defer to the contract that you signed prior to your arrival at the dealership. The contract clearly states our cancelation policy which we are following. Any time you sign a contract it binds both parties to the agreement as I shared with you yesterday in my email.
I have had nothing but problems since buying my car. Under my contract I am to receive maintenance after so many miles and/or a timeframe. First, trying to schedule maintenance over the phone is almost obsolete. They do not answer the phone and if or when they decide too, youre hung up on. My first oil change. I purchased a 2020 ************* back in 2019. As of today, my engine went out. I submitted all my maintenance paperwork only for *** to not honor my warranty. They said that there is metal shavings in the engine and dont believe the services were preformed. Idk what that means when its clearly the auto shops listed. We have been paying for a car that we have not had in 5 months!! I have been paying car insurance for a car I have not had in 5 months. I have been paying for a car rental for months. And *** has no ETA on when or if I ever will get my car back. I bought a 2017 in March the engine died while.sitting at the light (no engine lights, no warnings) just stopped! Worst business ever!! Not only did they mess up my paperwork and put wrong vin number down, the manager ***** is the worst person on earth. Hes condescending and rude. My wife mom and i went to *** ******* twice and the Service we received was very poor. the first time we went to look for a vehicle for my wife we were greeted by a young man we wanted to look and test drive 2 cars. the young man was reluctant to help thinking we couldent afford any vehicle and not serious buys making comments about our affordability because we pulled up in a van and dressed regular.
