I came to this dealership based on the service center reviews and I’m so glad I did. Chad has his service team are great, especially Jameel, my service advisor. He gives the best customer support and service. My warranty claim had to be escalated and Chad was very helpful in the entire process.
08/20/26 update Exactly one ago today was my first experience with this dealership and the wonderful jameel. Thanks for another stellar experience. 4/20/26 update Jameel is just as amazing as ever - today Art/Arthur was the first person I saw in service and his friendly and happy demeanor was it great introduction to today's experience. I am so impressed with the service department. I work as a Nanny. My time can be challenging to say the least. I called ahead for appointment. Well l missed the appointment due to child with car sickness. I drove in to make another on a different day. They stated l could keep my appointment. 25 minutes late. Stated l needed the oil changed and the 50k mile check up. No problem they stated. I told them my time was tight. Explained my type of position. They accommodate me saying we got you.
