Absolutely horrible experience! Drove 3 hours to pick up a vehicle that I saw online. Asked the salesperson tons of specific questions pertaining to the vehicle's condition. He confirmed each question with a positive response. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was in horrible condition. It wasn't even detailed. Of course, I had to deal with the "back and forth" of them still trying to make the sale. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Would never refer this place to anyone!!! I purchased a Jeep Gladiater in September 2024. I have yet to have my tag switched over. I have called and requested this be done 9 different times, speaking with management 6 of those times. Never in my years of driving have I experienced such exceptional service from a dealership as I have with ALM Athens. From my sales guy Mike, to the finance gentleman, who loves TOOL, to the GM Haddy. Anything and everything was done above and beyond for me. Excellent customer service!
""Customer Alert"" This is a very honest review. Please, don't ignore it. I have had the chance to work for ALM Kennesaw for a month. During that time period, I came to know that they are just a bunch of thieves as I saw many shady practices there. They are running a fraud business by taking advantage of the customers who really need a vehicle.
