Absolutely horrible experience! Drove 3 hours to pick up a vehicle that I saw online. Asked the salesperson tons of specific questions pertaining to the vehicle's condition. He confirmed each question with a positive response. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was in horrible condition. It wasn't even detailed. Of course, I had to deal with the "back and forth" of them still trying to make the sale. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Would never refer this place to anyone!!! I purchased a Jeep Gladiater in September 2024. I have yet to have my tag switched over. I have called and requested this be done 9 different times, speaking with management 6 of those times. Last week I spoke with a male manager whom wqas very disrespectful.
