Not a great first impression. Got out of the hospital in October 2025. New patient appointments were scheduling 7 months out. Scheduled mine for May 2025. Got a call 3 weeks from my appointment telling me they needed to reschedule. Tried calling back 10 minutes later to find out they rescheduled the appointment with an entirely different provider and on a day I'm out of town without even asking for my availability or if I was comfortable being scheduled with another provider. I have been seeing Dr McDonough for years for RA. She has worked with me through many medicines and has always responded quickly to questions via email. She listens and tries new things when the old ones stop working(as medicines do). I highly recommend her.
