My appointments have always been on-time, within a few minutes. Dr Black is a great dermatologist. She has a friendly, engaging manner and explains problems and treatment choices very well. Her skills are excellent. The staff are friendly and well-trained. The office environment is very nice.
I felt very comfortable with her. She is very thorough and competent.
Dr Black explained the process, what she was looking for, and what would happen next. I appreciate being able to understand what was going on. Dr Black even went the extra mile and called me at home when she came across something that concerned her. I would definitely recommend Dr Black.

I really had an excellent experience with Dr. Black and her assistant Mone't - they were courteous, professional and she performed an excellent full body scan and biopsies. My only complaint I had was the very abrupt & rude receptionist Kristie. Note to medical receptionists: Your job is to be nice/courteous not demand who your Primary Dr is and then ask "What is your copay amount?" and when I answered what I thought was "$20" she rudely said "NO, this is specialty care - it's THIRTY".
I waited 2 months for an appt then over an hour in waiting room to see doctor. Had to leave because I have a schedule to keep as well. Would not recommend.
