I'm a pretty laid back person and understanding of situations when it comes to the service and/or cleaning industry. I get the could be unreasonable demands of clients and turnover rate of employees as well. Unfortunately, this experience using this company was not a good one. The communication leading up to the move-in cleaning was good but the response afterwards in regards to the cleaning services that i paid was frankly unacceptable by any reputable standards of doing good business.
