They are the WORST cleaning service ever! If I could leave NO stars I would. They don’t clean anything. They don’t use disinfectant spray. They don’t MOP the floors. They don’t DUST! Our house looked the exact same as it did after they left. They don’t scrub tubs. I had to do that myself. They don’t move the rugs to sweep. They are not thorough cleaners. I'm a pretty laid back person and understanding of situations when it comes to the service and/or cleaning industry. I get the could be unreasonable demands of clients and turnover rate of employees as well. Unfortunately, this experience using this company was not a good one. The communication leading up to the move-in cleaning was good but the response afterwards in regards to the cleaning services that i paid was frankly unacceptable by any reputable standards of doing good business.
