Felt very dismissive and in a rush to leave, I don’t feel i was asked or told enough, I felt as if they just prescribed meds for my dog to go onto the next.
Actual angels in this place. So grateful for them to be open late. Everyone was so exceptionally kind, professional, and most importantly helped in anyway they could! Thankyou so much!
A little over a week ago I went in for quality of life/ euthanasia for my old girl. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and supportive. It’s never easy losing a family member but they truly made this a memorable experience and treated my girl with a plate of treats. I can’t express how grateful I am, and so happy I chose ally urgent care. Highly recommend! Thank you again!
Exceptional experience. My wife and I came with our cat who was not feeling well after submitting for their online waitlist. From the front desk, the techs, and the vets everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring. They are open with pricing and care suggestions. I highly recommend Ally for your pet's urgent care needs.
