Today was one of the worst days of my life we had to make the decision to put our family dog of 11 years down as she was in pain and declining faster than we had hoped. Our regular vet was not open but Ally was able to let us make an appointment and had a room for us. Everyone was so gracious and compassionate. I took my cat Bella in last Friday. She had been vomiting, and stopped eating. They called me after I registered online. We got there about 4-430, and we waited in our car until our room was ready. Dr. Renfro and her staff was AH-MAZING! They treated my sour patch kitty so well. For all the services she had done it was reasonably priced as well. Quick, caring, informative, and priced well. Got a same day appt for our sick pup and he was well taken care of. They're up front on their pricing from the start and provide estimates before you even get started. They continue to do it as they progress.
