Your standard in the industry money grab veterinarian Clinic. The proverbial estimate from low to high, always comes out on the high end. It was either 4 to $6,000 for surgery or euthanasia. Right now my 10-year-old pug is still going strong. She's now under my vet's care. They offered no real Clarity or other options. I'm glad I went with my gut feeling. If you're in doubt get a second opinion.
Waited a while but that is a testament as to how popular they are and with good reason!! The front desk person was so kind and patient. I just got off a 10hr work day and I was tired and hungry and feeling a little impatient. He empathized and kindly checked us in and got us into a room and seen after our 30 min wait. All I have to say is thank you to the two women working 12/19 ! Our family dog unexpectedly passed, we rushed her there after we found her- and they were nothing but helpful with giving me space to say goodbye, I was too nervous to almost go say goodbye, and when I went into the room, one of the younger women was sitting there with my dog/keeping her company before I went in. Ally was my 2nd urgent care stop of a long evening after my puppy opened her spay site. From the moment they answered the phone to the time we left that night I felt welcomed, heard and cared for. They even called the next day just to check on us. Top tier service for sure! Ally will always be the place I recommend to others from now on.
truly a great vet office! I had an urgent case with my dog after I was gone for a week, they helped us and while it was expensive, it wasn't nearly as much as I was fearing. they listened to me, took care of my baby boy, and we are on our way home! I would definitely bring him back for any other urgent work needed.
