ALERT!! Ally Roofing LLC. is untrustworthy. After completing a siding and roof project for his company, he owes us 10k and refuses to pay. He's proven to be unresponsive and unreliable, showing no respect for his commitments. Customers and installers should steer clear of this dishonest individual.
This company installed a roof a year ago, it leaks in the same spot they claimed to fix. When I call they say they will be over to look at it next week. After 2 months now these clowns won’t answer the phone. When I talked to him he agreed the bubbles are due to improper installation but that they don’t cause leaks. He also said the have to inspect them “all the time”, maybe take some pride in your work.
Went from five stars to one. Updated 6/3/24. Apparently Ally Roofing never picked up the permit from the City of Schenectady (Noah w/ Ally Roofing said they would take care of all that) and now we're dealing with a violation and Ally Roofing is not returning our phone calls or our emails.
