The repairs took just over 2 hours and seemed reasonable since they had to rebuild a portion of the ductwork and tie it into the current system. I was glad to have such a thorough approach because my prior contractor had merely patched up what he could see.
My system is sophisticated so I expected a lengthier process but they found the problem - a bad capacitor and had it fix in an hour. This time things went a lot better than previous year when the guy had to come out twice to fix a similar problem with the blower motor.
