Always delivers clean, fresh-smelling carpet without stains, and we don't have to worry about drying time, humidity, or potentially harmful chemicals. Additionally, he is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful, and scheduling a service is simple.
They did a fantastic job! Our carpet is relatively new, it almost looks better than when it was installed. And the sectional they cleaned for us look incredible. I have used this carrier earlier than and have encouraged it many times. They have continually arrived on time, and properly earlier than that have despatched special guidelines about what must be carried out earlier than they arrive and after they go (eg. elimination of positive objects before, how many hours to dry after they leave) They are continually very accommodating to adjustments and truly rapidly did a cat tree that I had eliminated from the room. We were moving into our new home and after the pre-closing walk-through we realized we needed to have the carpeting cleaned before we moved anything into the house. They were wonderful and even though they were booked, they went out of their way to squeeze us in! They did an outstanding job, were very friendly, and we couldn't have been happier!
