Beware! They do NOT keep appointments. I had an appointment with Mikayla at 10:30. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told to have a seat the stylist would be in shortly. 15 minutes later a barber told me Mikayla told him to handle all of her appointments for the day. Believing he was joking I laughingly said I don't think you know how to do lashes. 15 minutes later he asked if I wanted individuals or strip. I realized that the stylist would not be in for the day. As the owner I can apologize for your wait , but in defense of my salon, it is not fair that you say "they" don't keep appointments when this was your 1st time in the salon. Mikayla was called, her phone was off, I tried to call her inbox but no answer and then I sent a msg. I continued to cut my client for about another 5-10 minutes, figuring that was enough time to respond but before I could look to see, you were gone. I visited Allusions last night to have my hair cut. I was nervous about cutting to because i hav two small bald spots and thining edges due to perming and weaves... The team educated me as well as made me feel comfortable. This has become my new shop of choice!
