allU.S. was formed in 1950 as the Monterey County Employees Credit Union to provide services to the employees of Monterey County and their family members. We have since expanded our field of membership to include a select number of employer groups. In June of 2008 we welcomed the former members of Monterey Columbian Federal Credit Union to our field of membership. They do not offer any move vaulable service than a atm...what a waste. They made a big deal when i wanted to do an electronic transfer to my Sons savings account...they had a big form to fill out when i know for a fact all you really need is the account number and routing number. They want to know the bank address. They didnt offer to even look it up there were no other customers. I guess they only know how to do transfers when people are sending money back home to Mexico. The service here is remarkable, and it's great to bank someplace where you're not just another account number. The entire staff gets to know you, and remembers you by name the way banks used to. Also, when my wallet was stolen, they were the only bank I used, out of 3 at the time, that took care of fraudulent charges on my account and ordered a new card for me without hassles or delays!
