RecommendedIt was our 1st visit to your spa for my daughter and myself . The staff was very friendly upon entering the salon and helpful with the new covid protocol. Our 2 nail techs were great with our pedicures. But the 45 min wait for our next service ( 2 -1 hr massages) was very disappointing to the point I was ready to leave. Our nail techs did do an extra service to help with the wait time issue. Our pedicures were at 4:30 and we were not taken back for massages until a few minutes after 6:00. Have had two massages from a gift card from my staff with Angelo. Probably best massages I have ever had. Very professional and targeted stress points I had on point! Daughters had their nails done twice now with Ashley and have been very happy. Nice atmosphere and prices in line with most places. Also had hair trimmed at last minute with Jessica and am very happy with what she did.
Terrible experience today. Three of us went in, one of us had a massage and facial done before the other one was even done with massage. My services were okay, but not the best I’ve ever had. Then at checkout, our prices were higher than the advertised price on their website. We mentioned it and got completely ignored regarding the price! Definitely not worth the $500+ the three of us spent today!
HORRIBLE experience. Booked a package for three of us. The massages were terrible. I was shot in the eye with boiling water. Pedis were just ok. I could have dealt with all of that but then they charged us more than the advertised price. They said that was the price for males (although the website didn’t say the price was different for females and they didn’t tell me that on the phone) AND they raised the price from what’s on their site anyway. Complete false advertising. So not worth the over $500 we spent. Go to Casals.
I got the most AMAZING massage by Angelo! He really did a great job, I’ll always request him here on out : ) I also appreciate them getting me in last minute!
Gina has been my stylist for years! I have never had anything less than a wonderful, relaxing experience at this salon. Very clean salon, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and very skilled stylists. I definitely recommend their services.
Long wait between services. Not a very relaxing environment. Staff was nice.
